Caterersearch.com is set up so you can run marketing campaigns across the entire site (ROS) or use specific channels to carefully target your audience. We have a variety of advertising solutions on offer, from banners and skyscrapers, through to online surveys, email marketing, competitions and sponsorship.


Site Campaigns  
Button / Text link A form of banner ad which offers greater flexibility in size and page placement. Buttons can be booked top right of page for exceptional visibility and can also be placed at the bottom of the page (below the skyscraper). Simple text links can be run in the button position.

Banner / Leaderboard Communicate key brand and marketing communication messages throughout the site or within specific channels. Located in the centre just below the header and above the body content.

Skyscraper Skyscrapers are 3 – 6 times more effective in increasing brand awareness and message association than standard banners. Located on the right-hand side of the page, remaining visible as users scroll down the page.

Messaging Plus Unit (MPU) Messaging Plus units appear within the body of an article and offer a highly visible opportunity to communicate with users.

Pop-up (delivered once per user per 8 hour period) A great way to capture users attention when they are actively looking at related products and content. Pop-up sizes vary. Allows users to close using the ‘x’ close button in the top right hand corner of the ad. We limit our pop-ups on Caterersearch to 1 per user per 8 hour period. Ideal for user surveys.
Keyword sponsorship Messaging Plus units appear within the body of an article and offer a highly visible opportunity to communicate with users.

Competitions / Research standard package You can run competitions on Caterersearch in order to promote your brand, and we also have a number of research opportunities available on the site.
Sponsored channels Caterersearch is made up of a number of main areas or channels. These, and the sub sections within them form highly targeted zones, an extremely effective place to communicate marketing messages to specific audiences. Sponsor your chosen channel to own the messaging slots within it, or work with us to develop a new channel to target a specific audience.
Sponsored games Games are a great tools for enhancing brand awareness and ensuring real involvement with your brand. They also enable you to build a database of pre-qualified leads for future sales and marketing. Supported by ad campaigns to drive traffic, sponsored games offer real value for every marketing pound you spend.
